Отзыв об отеле Курортный отель Aydinbey Gold Dreams - Ultra All Inclusive 5*

Живу здесь третий день, и за это время уборку в номере сделали только один раз. С полотенцами тоже есть проблемы: выдают не всё, приходится отдельно просить. Для отеля такого уровня это странно.
Отдельный момент — вода. Когда берёшь несколько бутылок, персонал может спросить, зачем вам столько воды. Складывается ощущение, что здесь экономят даже на базовых вещах, либо всё находится под каким-то строгим учётом. Для отдыха по системе “всё включено” это выглядит неприятно.
Также нужно учитывать, что в отеле очень много детей. Если вы ищете спокойный, тихий отдых, это точно не вариант. Постоянный шум, суета, очереди, ощущение перегруженности.
В целом отель может подойти семьям с детьми, которым важны только море, бассейн и анимация. Но если оценивать сервис, уборку, отношение персонала и общее качество, то это скорее не 5 звёзд. Я бы не рекомендовал этот отель тем, кто ждёт нормальный уровень сервиса и спокойный отдых (насколько это возможно с детьми)
The hotel presents itself as a 5-star hotel, but in reality it does not feel like a 5-star experience at all.
I have been staying here for three days, and during this time the room has been cleaned only once. There are also issues with towels: not all towels are provided, and you have to ask separately. For a hotel of this category, this is disappointing.
Another strange point is the bottled water. When you take several bottles, the staff may ask why you need so much water. It gives the impression that even basic things are being controlled or saved. For an all-inclusive hotel, this feels quite unpleasant.
The hotel is also very crowded with children. If you are looking for a calm and quiet holiday, this is definitely not the best choice. There is constant noise, movement, queues, and an overall feeling that the hotel is overloaded.
Overall, this hotel may be suitable for families with children who only care about the sea, pools and entertainment. But if we talk about service, room cleaning, staff attitude and general quality, it does not match a 5-star level. I would not recommend it to people who expect proper service and a relaxing holiday.
