Находимся прямо сейчас в этом отеле, поэтому впечатления свежи. Начнем с того, что приехали мы чуть раньше (в 13:00), очень «милый» сотрудник на ресепшен сказал, что получим мы номер строго после 15:00. Ну ладно. Ждём, хотя я думаю, что можно было найти свободный номер. В 14:30 нам выдают ключи и … мы пара получаем раздельные кровати и вид на парковку (хотя и в заявке и на стойке регистрации попросили вид на океан). И что самое главное, все старое и вообще не соответствует тому, что мы видели на букинг! Фото прикрепляю. Оставив своего парня иду разбираться, потому что если бы пошел он, было бы хуже. И милая девушка, к сожалению, не запомнила имя, но она бегло говорила по русски меняет нам номер, внимание…на новый номерной с нормальной кроватью! Почему, для того чтобы получить нормальный номер, нужно идти и просить? Пока больше впечатлений нет, но это уже хорошенько подпортило настроение. Были вчера на ужине, пока что если честно, не сильно понравился. Мясо было невкусное. Можно было съесть только спагетти болоньезо, сыр, фрукты. С удовольствием дополню свой отзыв после окончания отпуска, тем более, что сравнить есть с чем. За эту неделю побывали в Санта Круз, кстати тоже в сетке нашего отеля Catalonia, а еще в Сантьяго Дель Тейдо.

At 14:30 we are given the keys and … our couple gets separate beds and a view of the parking lot (although both in the application and at the reception we asked for a view of the ocean). And most importantly, everything is old and does not correspond at all to what we saw on Booking! I am attaching a photo. Having left my boyfriend, I will understand, because if he had gone, it would have been worse. And the nice girl, unfortunately, did not remember the name, but she spoke fluent Russian changes our room, attention … to a new room with regular beds! Why, in order to get a normal room, do you need to go up and ask? There are no more impressions yet, but this has already spoiled the mood. I was at dinner yesterday, so far, to be honest, I didn’t like it much. The meat was not tasty. You could only eat spaghetti bolognese, cheese, fruit. I will be happy to add to my review after the end of the vacation, especially since there is a comparison with this one. During this week we visited Santa Cruz, by the way, also in the network of our hotel Catalonia, and also Santiago del Teido.
