You'll never hear 'hello' or 'welcome' in this hotel. Only the boss's repeated 'money, money'. And he doesn't speak a word of English.
He just sits around all day doing nothing, even though there's a lot to be done to make this hotel welcoming.
The hotel itself is well located.
But overall, the facilities are deteriorating with no sign of future maintenance. The shower doesn't work. Barely a trickle of water. The bathrooms in the rooms are not clean. The rooms on the street side are very noisy.
And the owner is execrable. It only accepts cash (the reasons are obvious) in sum or dollars with very unfavorable rates. And will go to great lengths to squeeze a bit more money out of you.
You've got it: a hotel to be avoided at all costs!

Dans cet hôtel, vous n'entendrez jamais "bonjour" ou "bienvenue". Seul le patron répète "money, money". Et il ne parle pas un mot d'anglais.
Il reste assis toute la journée à ne rien faire, alors qu'il y a beaucoup à faire pour rendre cet hôtel accueillant.

Mais dans l'ensemble, les installations se détériorent sans aucun signe d'entretien futur. La douche ne fonctionne pas. A peine un filet d'eau. Les salles de bains des chambres ne sont pas propres. Les chambres côté rue sont très bruyantes.
Et le propriétaire est exécrable. Il n'accepte que les espèces (les raisons sont évidentes) en somme ou en dollars avec des taux très défavorables. Et il fera tout pour vous soutirer un peu plus d'argent.
Vous l'avez compris : un hôtel à éviter à tout prix!

В этом отеле вы никогда не услышите "здравствуйте" или "добро пожаловать". Только повторяемое боссом "деньги, деньги". И он ни слова не говорит по-английски.
Он просто сидит целый день и ничего не делает, хотя нужно многое сделать, чтобы этот отель стал гостеприимным.
Сам отель хорошо расположен.
Но в целом, удобства ухудшаются, и нет никаких признаков будущего обслуживания. Душ не работает. Едва ли есть струйка воды. Ванные комнаты в номерах не чистые. В номерах со стороны улицы очень шумно.
А хозяин — просто отвратительный. Он принимает только наличные (причины очевидны) в сумах или долларах с очень невыгодными курсами. И он приложит все усилия, чтобы выжать из вас еще немного денег.
Вы поняли: отель, которого следует избегать любой ценой!
