Theft. September 2024. The room was not cleaned for 4 days, after asking to clean the room, it was finally cleaned, after which an item disappeared from the cosmetic bag. Not very valuable, but still the fact — someone took an item from the room. This was the first time we faced such a situation. The hotel administration, including the indifferent director, did not resolve the issue in any way, no one was punished or fined. It turns out that the staff can steal things from guests and not bear any responsibility for it. The following days, we did not ask for cleaning, we took the bucket and towels outside and asked the staff there to replace them. They respond to any requests no earlier than the 5th time.
I do not recommend choosing this hotel if you do not want to be robbed.
I would like to add that we were not here for the first time, and unfortunately the hotel has become very poor and saves on everything, apparently on the staff, including. Seems like the management has changed in recent years, the current director is a real tightwad.
For breakfast, lunch and dinner — soy cutlets, cabbage and cucumbers, watermelon appeared only when guests asked for it several times. They do not give bottled water, only from a cooler (the only one in the entire hotel).
Cleaning is not carried out, because the staff sits at the dining table at any time of the day and laughs loudly. The rooms are old and dirty, everything is broken, there is absolutely nothing in the room, no hair dryer, no refrigerator, not even hangers for clothes, it is unpleasant to be there. Neighbors from the first floor mentioned rats in the room, it is very easy to believe. There are no more rabbits.
The only advantages of the hotel are the location and the pine forest.
ВОРОВСТВО. Сентябрь 2024. В номере не убирались 4 дня, после просьбы убрать номер, уборку наконец сделали, после чего из косметички пропала вещь. Не очень ценная, но все же сам факт — кто-то украл вещь из номера. Мы впервые столкнулись с такой ситуацией. Администрация отеля включая безразличного директора никак не решила вопрос, никто не был наказан или оштрафован. Получается, что персонал может воровать вещи у гостей и не нести за это никакой ответственности. Последующие дни уборку мы не просили, выносили ведро и полотенца на улицу и просили персонал там их заменить. Реагируют на любые просьбы не раньше чем с 5 раза.
Не рекомендую выбирать этот отель, если не хотите быть обворованным.
Хочется добавить, что мы были здесь не первый раз, и к сожалению отель сильно обеднел и экономит на всем, видимо на персонале в том числе. Есть ощущение, что за последние годы сменилось руководство, текущий директор — форменный жмот.
На завтрак, обед и ужин — соевые котлеты, капуста и огурцы, арбуз появился только когда гости об этом уже несколько раз просили. Воду в бутылках не дают, только из кулера (единственного на весь отель).
Уборка не проводится, видимо потому что персонал в любое время суток сидит за обеденным столом и громко хохочет. Номера старые и грязные, все сломано, в номере абсолютно ничего нет, ни фена, ни холодильника, ни даже вешалок для одежды, находиться там неприятно. Соседи с первого этажа говорили о крысах в номере, в это очень легко верится. Кроликов больше нет.
Из плюсов отеля осталось только расположение и хвойный лес.
