Отвратительное поведение администрации отеля! Мы в шоке! Мы забронировали номер через букинг с оплатой по карте, приехали уставшие с дороги тяжелого перелета, вышел мужчина уселся в кресло за стойкой администрации и начал курить! После чего он начал почти что орать, что он не будет нас заселять, так как нет оплаты, у меня даже не было интернета, чтобы связаться с букингом, я показывала ему скрин подтверждения бронирования, на что он на плохом английском что-то грубо говорил. В итоге он вообще заявил, чтобы мы шли искали другой отель. ЕЩЁ РАЗ У МЕНЯ БЫЛА БРОНЬ С ОПЛАТОЙ! А время на часах 10 вечера, я девушка и должна была идти искать другой отель из-за неадекватности этого владельца отеля!
Я такого хамство в жизни не встречала! Отвратительное поведение как с точки зрения сервиса, так и с точки зрения человеческого поведения, тем более мужчины! Никому не советую, в выборе отдыха важно не только красота интерьера, но и отношение людей в этом отеле. Рекомендую всем сайтам предоставляющим этому отелю возможность публикации для бронирования разорвать с таким партнёром любые отношения, так как это неприемлемо!
Disgusting behavior of the hotel administration! We are in shock! We booked a room through booking with payment by card, we arrived tired from the hard flight, a man came out and sat in a chair at the reception desk and started smoking! After which he began almost to yell that he would not settle us, since there was no payment, I didn’t even have internet to contact the booking, I showed him a booking confirmation screen, which he said something rude in bad English. As a result, he generally stated that we should go looking for another hotel. ONCE AGAIN I HAD A RESERVATION WITH PAYMENT! And the time is at 10 pm, I am a girl and had to go look for another hotel because of the inadequacy of this hotel owner!
I have never seen such rudeness in my life! Disgusting behavior both in terms of service and in terms of human behavior, especially men! I do not advise anyone, in choosing a vacation it is important not only the beauty of the interior, but also the attitude of people in this hotel. I recommend that all sites providing this hotel the opportunity to publish for reservations to break off any relationship with such a partner, as this is unacceptable!
