Хотелось бы поделится отдыхом в данном отеле. Комнаты в целом неплохие. Завтрак не сильно разнообразный, но довольно не плохой. Есть бассейн (чистый). Расположение к морю близкое, на этом положительный отзыв заканчивается. По приезду в отель, в номере были оставлены ювелирные украшения (золотая цепочка с подвеской, золотое кольцо и серебряный браслет). Они не проверялись так как были убраны. В ночь перед выездом из отеля не смогла найти украшения, в связи с тем, что было уже поздно не пошла на ресепшен, чтобы персонал проверил камеры, подумала, что лежат где-то в чемодане. Когда я приехала домой все пересмотрела, украшения не нашлись. Написала письмо на официальную электронную почту — ответ не получен. Видимо после уборки номера, сотрудники решили оставить себе мои украшения. Из-за этого осталась разочарована в данном отеле. Моя ошибка, что взяла с собой украшения, но порядочность персонала, оставляет желать лучшего.
I want to share my stay at this hotel. The rooms are generally not bad. The breakfast is not very varied, but not bad enough. There is a swimming pool (clean). The location is close to the sea, and that's where the positive feedback ends. Upon arrival at the hotel, jewelry (a gold chain with a pendant, a gold ring and a silver bracelet) were left in the room. They have not been checked since they were removed. The night before leaving the hotel, I couldn't find the jewelry, due to the fact that it was too late, I didn't go to the reception so that the staff would check the cameras, I thought they were in a suitcase somewhere. When I got home, I looked at everything, but I couldn't find any jewelry. I wrote an email to the official email address, but no response was received. Apparently, after cleaning the room, the staff decided to keep my jewelry. Because of this, I was disappointed in this hotel. It was my mistake to bring jewelry with me, but the decency of the staff leaves much to be desired.
