A Heartfelt Experience at Moments Hotel — More Than Just a Stay ❤️
Since my wedding was planned in Kolkata while I live away from the city, I initially had many concerns about the arrangements — especially the hotel where the bride’s side would be staying. Moments Hotel was selected by my in-laws, and although they assured me that everything was checked, I was still a little skeptical as I had never visited the property before.
But from the moment I arrived, every doubt simply disappeared.
The staff welcomed us with such warmth and genuine smiles — even amidst the natural chaos of a wedding! Our ring ceremony took place at the rooftop of Moments Hotel and the decoration was beautifully done. They ensured every detail was perfect.
Whether it was room changes, cleaning, food arrangements or any last-minute requests — their team was always present and extremely supportive. What truly touched me was that they never made the relationship feel transactional. Instead, they treated us like family — as if it was their own sister’s wedding. And that’s a feeling money can’t buy.
I want to express special gratitude to two amazing people: Srimanto and Apu.
Srimanto has been exceptionally kind, always calm and solution-oriented. Even at midnight, he picked up our calls and ensured our guests were comfortable — long after check-ins were done and payments completed. He went above and beyond, and that support meant the world to us.
Apu, on the other hand, felt like my little brother managing everything behind the scenes — making sure I was calm, comfortable, and happy. The most touching moment was when he came to check on me while I was getting ready — not because he had to, but because he genuinely cared. That truly felt like family.
My entire family, friends, and relatives stayed at Moments — and not once did I feel like I was away from home. The comfort, warmth, and care we received made our wedding celebrations so much more beautiful and stress-free.
