Недавно я останавливался в этом отеле и был действительно доволен качеством обслуживания. С момента входа в лобби меня впечатлило роскошное, чистое пространство и приятный аромат. Персонал на ресепшене был профессиональным, отзывчивым, а процесс регистрации прошел быстро.
Номера были просторными, современными, полностью оборудованными, с удобными кроватями и прекрасным видом. Уборка была превосходной; все помещения были чистыми и аккуратными. Удобства, такие как бассейн, тренажерный зал и спа-центр, были на высоком уровне, обеспечивая прекрасный отдых.
На завтрак предлагался широкий выбор блюд, от вьетнамской до международной кухни, из свежих ингредиентов и с постоянным пополнением запасов. Персонал ресторана всегда был приветливым, внимательным и готовым помочь гостям.
Больше всего меня впечатлило отношение к обслуживанию всего персонала. Все были дружелюбны, вежливы, всегда улыбались и активно помогали гостям, когда им это было нужно. Их профессионализм и преданность делу способствовали незабываемому пребыванию.
Я оцениваю этот отель на 5 звезд по таким параметрам, как удобства, качество обслуживания и опыт клиентов. Я обязательно вернусь сюда в будущем и с удовольствием порекомендую этот отель друзьям, семье и коллегам.
