Overall, our stay at the hotel had some positives but was unfortunately overshadowed by poor service. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the location was great and very convenient for getting around the area. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the rooms were definitely highlights of the stay.
However, the service from the very beginning was a little rocky. The check-in process itself went smoothly, but the woman at the front desk came across as somewhat ignorant and not very welcoming. It immediately made the experience feel a little uncomfortable.
Throughout the weekend, the most concerning issue was the treatment my family received at the bar. Most of my family speaks Spanish, but we were always calm, respectful, and not loud or disruptive. Every time my father went to the bar, the same employee had a very nasty attitude toward him and provided noticeably poor service. My father was tipping well, so it clearly wasn’t an issue related to that. Her name was Andrea.
