• -Upon booking: We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport for all adult guests. Just like at a hotel, for security purposes, the name on your ID should match the name on your Booking.com account.

  -For third-party booking, we still require your ID and the ID of the guest who will be staying in our apartment.

  -Upon arrival at the reception desk, you will be required to present ID for all adult guests included in the reservation.

  -WE OPERATE A 24/7 "MEET AND GREET" IN-PERSON CHECK-IN AT THE BUILDING. One of the team members will meet you to hand over the fob.

  -To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a non-refundable damage waiver is required for your reservation: £29 for a 1-bedroom and £39 for a 2-bedroom.

  -Alternatively, you may choose the refundable security deposit option.

  -This simple one-time fee eliminates the need for a large deposit, making your check-in process more convenient.

  -Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability and a minimal fee.

  -PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED

  -WE PROVIDE ONLY 1 KEY/FOB AS STANDARD

  -For longer stays, we provide a complimentary cleaning service every 14 nights.

  -Daily cleaning is not included in the service, but it can be requested for an additional fee

  -Guests will be provided with a Complimentary Essentials designed to help you get started with a few useful items, such as

  Dish soap

  Dishwasher pods

  One kitchen sponge

  Two trash bags

  Two full rolls of toilet paper

  Travel-sized shampoo, body wash, and conditioner

  One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen

  Some tea, coffee, sugar, pepper, and salt

  ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST

  -Parking Details ? There is no parking available in the building. Paid Parking at Paradise Parking. Parking fees are the guest’s responsibility.

  -Reimbursable Parking Options: We are happy to reimburse the cost for the following paid car parks. Please keep your receipt and send us a photo for reimbursement: NCP Car Park – Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 1SW Approx. 8-minute walk ?‍♂️ from the property Q-Park – Brindley Place Approx. 15-minute walk ?‍♀️ from the property

  -Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

  -NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed. A £200 fee will be charged if any smoke odour is detected in the unit.

  -No loud disturbances, and/or noise nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.

  -No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. You're welcome to have visitors, as long as they don’t stay overnight.

  -Check-in time is 4 PM.

  -Please note that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.

  -Please note that there may be some changes to the sofa colour, bedding, and bed frame. However, the size and layout remain unchanged. Some furniture has been updated to improve the apartment and enhance the guest experience.
