We loved everything about the hotel – the location is excellent, and the sea-view (from all rooms, by the way) is stunning. The service is great, and the food was a pleasant surprise – it was very delicious. Our child was delighted with the playground. We missed live music – we couldn't find anywhere in the entire JBR area to dance with the kids during our stay. Otherwise, everything was just super. We watched drone shows and fireworks from our balcony – our vacation exceeded our expectations) ) Thank you to the entire hotel team, and we would especially like to highlight those who helped us: the best concierge ever (who helped us to find our daughter's phone in Dubai Mall (! ) ) – Vikram, the duty manager – Pauline, and a young, slim guy (I didn't catch his name). The Aqua restaurant waiters – Bhumi, Thae, Shadi, Francis, Sumanth, Aditya, and Vishnu (OIA).
Все понравилось в отеле – и местоположение отличное, и вид на море (из всех номеров, кстати), сервис отличный и приятно удивила еда – было очень вкусно. Ребенок в восторге от детской площадки. Не хватало нам живой музыки с детьми – во всей зоне JBR во время нашего прибывания не нашли, где потанцевать с детьми, остальное просто супер. С балкона наблюдали шоу дронов и салюты – отдых превзошел наши ожидания) ) Спасибо всей команде отеля, особенно хотелось бы выделить тех, кто нам помогал: best concierge ever (помог нам найти телефон дочки в Дубай молле (! ) – Vikram, duty-manager – Pauline, и еще молодой худенький парень (имя не запомнила), официанты Aqua – Bhumi, Thae, Shadi, Francis, Sumanth, Aditya и Vishnu (OIA).
