Мне абсолютно не понравился этот отель. Остановилась здесь на два дня, номера старые, я жила на 12 этаже — здесь спать то же самое, что на улице. Очень шумно, кондиционеры шумят неимоверно, пришлось спать в наушниках. Wi-Fi не работал весь первый день. Ночью ходила смотреть другие номера, чтобы переселиться, в итоге уснула только в 5 утра, а в 9 уже нужно было вставать. При этом менеджер попросил оставить вещи в номере запакованными, чтобы они утром перенесли их в номер, который я изначально бронировала, так как при заезде мне дали другую комнату. В итоге после тяжёлого рабочего дня я вернулась, и мои вещи остались в прежней комнате, а был уже другой менеджер, которому не передали информацию. В итоге мне отказали в переселении, и просто пытались мне что — то доказать. Только перенервничала.
Спа также не рекомендую: указано, что гостям отеля предоставляется скидка 15%, но на входе стоит прайс, который якобы уже со скидкой. Заплатила 250 AED за массаж Hot oil, но ничего горячего в нём не было. Массаж был неплох, но пришлось объяснять, какие точки нужно прорабатывать.
Убирались в комнате, даже не оставили ни одного полотенца, пришла уставшая. Мало того, что потратила утром время на то, чтобы упаковать снова все три огромных чемодана, потому что была уварена, что вернусь и меня переселят, так и не переселили так ещё и ни одного полотенца в комнате нет после уборки, кондиционера для волос здесь тоже нет.
Ах да, если вам вдруг пожелается принять горячую ванну, можете об этом не мечтать, потому что вода из под крана, даже когда вывернуть полностью на горячую, течет еле теплая и слабый напор.
Помимо того, что в комнате очень шумно, так у меня ещё троило лампочку одну всю ночь.
Единственное что меня порадовало в этом отеле это сотрудник, кто помогает с багажем Солда, самая приветливая и компетентная из всего персонала, лишь она скрасила моё пребывание в этом отеле.
