Nous avons passé un séjour absolument désastreux dans cet hôtel. Les installations manquent cruellement de maintenance ; tout semble être à l’abandon. Le buffet est identique chaque jour, sans aucune variété. Les frites du matin sont simplement réchauffées à midi, puis encore une fois le soir. Le personnel est incroyablement désagréable et non professionnel. Les essuies ne sont pas propres, et les draps ne sont même pas changés — ils sont juste remis en place, quand on ne "oublie" pas de faire la chambre. L’eau de la piscine est tellement mal entretenue qu’elle brûle les yeux. Et pour couronner le tout, toute ma famille a contracté une maladie de la peau après notre séjour. À fuir absolument!

The buffet is the same every single day, with no variety whatsoever. The fries from breakfast are just reheated for lunch, and then again for dinner. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The towels are not clean, and the bed sheets are not even changed — just rearranged, if they even remember to make the room. The pool water is so poorly maintained that it burns your eyes. To top it all off, my entire family caught a skin disease after staying here. Avoid this place at all costs!

Шведский стол один и тот же каждый день, без какого-либо разнообразия. Картофель фри, приготовленный утром, просто разогревается на обед и снова вечером. Персонал крайне грубый и непрофессиональный. Полотенца грязные, а постельное белье даже не меняется — его просто перестилают, если вообще не "забудут" убрать номер. Вода в бассейне настолько плохо очищена, что жжет глаза. И как итог — вся моя семья подхватила кожное заболевание после пребывания здесь. Держитесь подальше от этого места!
