I lived in this hotel and I didn't like the very aggressive service, the staff doesn't know how to communicate with guests, they can snatch the hotel bracelet from your hands, they are rude and treat you as if you are entitled, as if they paid for the hotel and the room and you have to stand at attention. I don't recommend this hotel with such an attitude. Also, the beach itself may be clean, but the water is dirty, because of the ships there is all the dirt on the shore, and you need to clear a passage into the water and go further to swim in clean water. It's hard to ask the workers on the beach to do something, I just wanted to ask them to open an umbrella, first I looked for where these workers were, then I found them, and he sent me to his colleague, that when I came later, I opened my umbrella myself, because you can't find them and you won't wait for them, plus they don't adjust the umbrella for you, they just opened the umbrella and that's it, then they don't care whether it's convenient for you or not. Room cleaning: girls clean every day, another shift comes out and that's it, until you say that they need to clean, they won't clean, they can overtrain you and give you lotion instead of shower gel, the jars look similar, nothing special, but when you come from the beach and you don't have anything to wash with, it's very unpleasant, and it's good if they are somewhere nearby, you can just ask, otherwise you have to go to the reception across the street, and then sit in the room and wait.
Я жила в этом отеле и мне н еплнравился очень агрессивный сервис, персонал не умеет общаться с гостями, может вырвать у вас с рук отельный браслет, хамит и обращается как с должным, будто они заплатили за отель и номер и ты должен по стойке смирно ходить. Не рекомендую данный отель с таким отношением. Также пляж сам может и чистый, но воды грязная, из-за кораблей вся грязь на берегу, и надо очистить себе проход в воду и пройти подальше, чтобы искупаться в чистой воде. Работников на пляже тяжело попросить что-то сделать, элементарно хотела попросить раскрыть зонтик, я сначала искала где эти работники, после нашла, а он меня отправил к своему коллеге, что после когда приходила, то уже сама открывала себе зонтик, ибо их не найдешь и не дождешься, плюс зонтик под вас не регулируют, просто раскрыли зонтик и все, дальше им все равно удобно или нет тебе. Уборка номеров: убираются девушки каждый день, другая смена выходит и все, пока не повесишь, что надо убраться, они не уберутся, могут перепитутать и дать не гель для душа, а лосьон, баночки похожи, ничего такого, но когда приходишь с пляжа, а у тебя нет чем мыться, очень неприятно, и хорошо если они где-то рядом, можно просто попросить, а так придется идти на рессепшен через дорогу, а потом сидеть в номере и ждать.
