Я никогда не тречала такого ужасного отеля. Сервис отвратительный. Грязное белье, полотенце бросили в лицо, комната была не готова принять гостя, хотя мы забронировали с авансом заранее и оплатили по приезду остаток. Раковина в ванной забилась. Далее мы просто выселились, пробыв в отеле ровно час. Деньги нам отказались вернуть за проживание, говоря о каких-то сложностях. Мы сказали, что готовы забрать только ту часть того, что оплатили по факту, а аванс пусть оставят себе, но они так и не вернули. Сказали нам — звонить через неделю, переведут на счет. Звонили, они просто не берут трубку с нам! это отвратительное поведение. Если не хотите испортить себе отдых, никогда не селитесь в этот отель! это ужасное место!

Dirty bed sheet, a towel was thrown in to the face, the room was not ready to receive a guest, although we booked in advance and paid for the rest. The bathroom cabinet was clogged. Then we simply checked out, having stayed at the hotel for exactly an hour. They not refused to return our money for our stay, saying there were some difficulties. We said that we were only willing to pay a fraction of what we actually paid for the bet, and let them keep the advance for themselves, but they never returned. He told us to call in a week and transfer it to the our account. We called, they just won't answer the phone with us! This is disgusting behavior. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, never check into this hotel! this is a terrible place!
