• According to Royal Decree 933/2021:

  All adult guests and children aged 14 or older indicated in the reservation must show a valid identification document upon check-in.

  Guests are required to collect their key from Alquileres Peñíscola 1 SLU. Calle Irta, 2. 12598 Peñíscola - Castellón TEL 964 48 20 65.

  Key collection hours:

  June to September:

  - From Monday to Sunday: from 17:00 to 20:00

  From October to May:

  - From Monday to Friday: From 16:00 to 19:00

  - Saturdays and Sundays: The keys will be collected in a coded mailbox, located at the key collection address. Consult periods for long weekends and holidays outside of high season.

  Late check-in will be done via a coded mailbox. Guests must contact reception to receive this code. Both the reservation and deposit must be paid in full.

  Any requests for extras must be communicated before 1:00 PM on the day of arrival. If the office is closed on the day of arrival, you must notify us the day before.

  Check-out time for the apartments is 10:00 a.m.

  The rate does not include towels or bed linen. Guest can bring their own or rent them at reception.

  EXTRAS:

  - Cribs: €7/day.

  - Rollaway beds: €7/day.

  - Sheets: €6 per bed/stay.

  - Towels: €25. Only provided during office hours.

  Pool: €5/day per apartment + a €30 cash deposit, which is returned when pool passes are issued.

  Please note that the swimming pools are seasonal and open from June 15th to September 15th.

  When travelling with pet , please note that an extra charge of € 50 per pet, per stay applies.

  Guests must pay a €150 deposit by card. Cash is not accepted. After checkout, the apartment is subject to an inspection by Alquileres Peñíscola. The deposit will be returned to the same card within 7 days.

  The interior photographs are examples of the variety of apartments we have available. These apartments are assigned according to the planning schedule, so a specific height, view, or apartment cannot be guaranteed. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must pay 100% of the total price in advance 14 days prior to arrival. Please inform Alpen1 in advance if you cannot meet the arrival time.

  В этом объекте нельзя устраивать девичники, мальчишники и другие подобные вечеринки.

  Гости младше 18 лет могут пройти регистрацию заезда только в сопровождении родителя или официального опекуна.

  При заезде необходимо оплатить страховой залог в размере € 150. Платеж производится банковской картой. Вы получите внесенную сумму в течение 7 дней. После проверки состояния объекта размещения залог будет полностью возвращен на вашу банковскую карту.

  Правила размещения детей: Разрешается проживание детей любого возраста. В этом объекте размещения за детей в возрасте 18 лет и старше будет взиматься оплата как за взрослых гостей. Чтобы увидеть точные цены и информацию о наличии мест, при поиске укажите количество детей в вашей группе и их возраст.

  Курение запрещено.

  Нельзя проводить вечеринки/мероприятия.

  «Тихие часы» для гостей (когда нельзя шуметь): с 22:00 до 10:00.

  Размещение с домашними животными допускается. Данная услуга может быть платной.
