  According to Royal Decree 933/2021, all adult guests and children 14 years of age or older indicated in the reservation must show a valid ID, DNI, passport or NIE upon check-in.

  Guests are required to collect their key from Alquileres Peñíscola 1 S.L.U, Calle Irta, 2, 12598 Peñíscola - Castellón, telephone number: 964 48 20 65.

  Key collection hours are from June to September in the summer, from Monday to Sunday, from 17:00 to 20:00, and from October to May in the winter, from Monday to Friday, from 16:00 to 19:00. On Saturdays and Sundays, the Keys will be collected from a coded drop box located at the key collection address.

  Check for long weekends and holidays outside of peak season.

  Late check-in will be done using a coded mailbox. Please contact reception to receive this code. Both the reservation and deposit must be paid. Any requests for extras must be communicated before 13:00 on the day of arrival. If the office is closed on the day of arrival, please inform the office the day before.

  Check-out time from the apartments is no later than 10:00.

  Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge or bring their own.

  Cribs are for an additional charge of € 7 per day, payable at reception.

  Extra beds are for an additional charge of € 7 per day, payable at reception.

  The charges for bed linen and towels, payable in cash, are as follows:

  Bed linen: € 6 per bed, per stay.

  Towels: € 25 per bed, per stay.

  Parking is available for 1 apartment.

  The seasonal pool will be open from June 15, 2025, to September 15, 2025, with modifications subject to the property's community.

  Guests must pay a € 150 deposit by card; cash will not be accepted.

  After checkout, the apartment is subject to an inspection by Alquileres Peñíscola. The deposit will be returned to the same card within a maximum of 7 days.

  The interior photographs are examples of the variety of apartments we have. These apartments are assigned according to the planning schedule; therefore, a specific height, view, or apartment cannot be guaranteed.

  Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  Guests must pay 100% of the total price in advance, 14 days prior to arrival.

  Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in.

  При заезде необходимо оплатить страховой залог в размере € 150. Платеж производится банковской картой. Вы получите внесенную сумму в течение 7 дней. После проверки состояния объекта размещения залог будет полностью возвращен на вашу банковскую карту.

  Правила размещения детей: Разрешается проживание детей любого возраста. В этом объекте размещения за детей в возрасте 18 лет и старше будет взиматься оплата как за взрослых гостей.   Курение запрещено.

  Нельзя проводить вечеринки/мероприятия.
