Séjour globalement décevant pour un établissement annoncé comme un 4 étoiles. L’hôtel est vieillot, la décoration datée et les chambres beaucoup trop petites. L’accueil à la réception manque totalement de chaleur et, en cas de problème ou de réclamation, les réponses sont vagues et contradictoires. L’équipement est rudimentaire, le matelas et les oreillers sont très inconfortables, et la propreté générale reste médiocre. L’isolation phonique est inexistante : on entend continuellement le bruit des couloirs, surtout la nuit, ce qui rend le repos difficile. Les ascenseurs sont minuscules, très lents, et à peine adaptés pour trois personnes. Quant à la restauration, elle est basique, avec des produits de qualité discutable, loin des standards attendus.
En conclusion : un séjour peu satisfaisant, un rapport qualité-prix défavorable et un niveau de service qui ne correspond en aucun cas à un hôtel classé 4 étoiles.

Overall, a very disappointing stay for a hotel rated as 4 stars. The property feels outdated, with old-fashioned décor and very small rooms. The reception staff are unwelcoming, and when problems arise, the answers provided are vague and inconsistent. The facilities are extremely basic, the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was below average. Soundproofing is practically non-existent, and constant noise from the corridors, especially at night, makes it hard to rest. The elevators are tiny, very slow, and can barely fit three people. As for the food, it is very basic, made with low-quality products, far from what you would expect in a 4-star hotel.
In summary: a disappointing stay, poor value for money, and a standard of service that does not justify a 4-star rating.

В целом пребывание оказалось весьма разочаровывающим для отеля, заявленного как 4-звёздочный. Интерьер устаревший, номера слишком маленькие. Персонал на ресепшене недружелюбный, а при возникновении проблем ответы расплывчатые и противоречивые. Оснащение минимальное, матрас и подушки неудобные, чистота оставляет желать лучшего. Звукоизоляции практически нет — ночью слышен постоянный шум и движение в коридорах, что мешает отдыху. Лифты крошечные, очень медленные и вмещают максимум трёх человек. Питание крайне простое, продукты низкого качества, совсем не соответствуют стандартам 4 звёзд.
Итог: пребывание неудовлетворительное, соотношение цена–качество слабое, уровень сервиса не соответствует 4-звёздочному отелю.
