• The villa is located near a road which may generate some noise depending on the time of day and individual sensitivity. Some travelers don't notice it, while others may be more sensitive: the property prefer to inform you for a completely transparent booking.

  Construction work began in the neighborhood in June 2025, related to the development of the area.

  The level of activity varies: some weeks are very quiet, others can be noisier, generally between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.

  A gradual decrease in disruption is expected, but no precise timeline has been provided to date.

  Construction companies are on holiday from December 20 to January 20. No disruption related to construction work is expected during this period.

  These works are entirely outside the control of the property and they have no influence over the schedule or the noise level.

  Prices have been adjusted accordingly. By booking, you acknowledge that you have been informed. No complaints or requests for compensation will be accepted.
