Guests must provide 30 minutes’ notice before their arrivals and departures, as the main entrance is controlled exclusively by the accommodation management. Your room door is under your own control, so you do not need to notify us when entering or leaving your room or the accommodation itself; you only need to notify us when entering through the main entrance.
The management of this accommodation informs you, in accordance with the parameters established by the platform and applicable to all community members, that we are unable to issue any reviews related to your reservation once you have checked out. This situation is anticipated, although we are able to acknowledge your review in the same manner as normally exchanged between hosts and guests. You are aware of this circumstance and accept it upon making this reservation.
Similarly, you are under no obligation to leave a review after your stay, and we will not make any demands or create any conflict if you choose not to do so. In short, this accommodation is not governed by any review policy, whether received or submitted by management or guests, so you may book without any restrictions from us.
You agree not to bring any substance, material, or product that may be dangerous or illegal into the accommodation at check‑in or during your stay. You acknowledge and accept this condition of service. You agree that before entering the accommodation, it will be verified that it is free of any illegal substance, material, object, or product that could compromise your reservation. Therefore, upon departure, you agree to allow the host time to receive the accommodation in your presence, in the same condition in which it was provided.
Once booked, you must send a clear copy of both sides of your official photo ID to management no later than one hour after your reservation has been officially confirmed.
You agree to follow this management’s check‑in and check‑out protocol, which must be carried out directly with you as the reservation holder. All other guests must remain in the designated area while the accommodation is being verified. Management has changed the check‑in time from 16:00 to 15:00 to better serve you and avoid disrupting your trip. No claims may be made for this reason, as both physical and written check-ins are required. Once you have received the accommodation and a message from management confirming that there are no issues, you must respond immediately so we can begin processing your reservation. Otherwise, management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Check‑out must be completed by 10:00 so that management can receive the accommodation comfortably. Guests must vacate the premises and remove all their belongings.
Please note that check‑in or check‑out outside scheduled hours is not available at this property.
To hold an event, you must request written consent from management. Such a request does not automatically authorise the event; you must wait for written approval.
Once your reservation is complete, you must leave the accommodation with all fixtures washed and clean, and remove all rubbish, depositing it in the containers located nearby.
