I was a little disappointed for the price. I think I understand why this place isn't listed as a "hotel. " It appears to have originally been a metal sculpture workshop, renovated for tourists.
In fact, this isn't a hotel; it's more like an Airbnb, though without the same pricing or service level.
There are three rooms on the first floor, but I haven't been able to check the upper floors.
This was the most uncomfortable accommodation experience of my trip to Japan:
The room was humid, so the sheets and pillows were damp, and laundry didn't dry easily. There was a washing machine, but I had to go to a laundromat.
The bathroom was very compact and felt a bit cramped for me, who is 165cm tall. It also seemed to have been used.
One of the cups hadn't been cleaned upon arrival.
There was almost no soundproofing, so the noise was noticeable.
The two beds were placed next to each other with an unusable drawer between them, limiting storage space for luggage (see video).
The parking lot light facing the only window was on all night, which was a bit of a concern.
When it rains, the sound of rain hitting the tin pipes is annoying (see video).
This was the last accommodation of our 17-day trip, but the reservation was non-cancellable and had already been paid for. ⚠️🛑 The room was a little small for four people, so I think it would be more suitable for two. Therefore, we booked another accommodation with breakfast for one parent and one child.
Overall, it's clear that this is a new facility. There are tables and stools, but a little more thought went into the room layout to improve comfort. 😓
It's clear that the host is making an effort, and I hope they'll continue to improve. 🌟 On the plus side, the iron was convenient.
It might be a little cramped for families. For longer stays, you might want to consider nearby accommodations.
Je comprends mieux pourquoi ce lieu n'est pas référencé en tant qu'hôtel… Ancien atelier de sculpture de métal, cet établissement a été refait pour les touristes!
D'ailleurs ce n'est pas un hôtel mais plutôt un air BNB sans le prix ni les protections du air BNB!
Il y a 3 chambres au rez-de-chaussée, je ne sais pas pour les étages au-dessus.
Le pire logement connu pendant notre séjour au Japon :
— la chambre est humide : draps, oreillers, impossible de faire sécher du linge malgré la mise à disposition d'une machine (on va devoir aller dans une laverie automatique)
— La salle de bain ressemble à un placard (je mesure 1, 65m) et semble avoir été utilisée avant notre arrivée.
— une des tasses étaient sale à notre arrivée.
— aucune isolation phonique.
— les 2 lits doubles ont été collés et au center se trouve des tiroirs non utilisables : il n'y a donc pas de rangement pour nos affaires (cf vidéo)
— La lumière du parking payant donnant sur la seule fenêtre, reste allumée toute la nuit.
— s'il pleut, vous entendrez goutter toute la nuit Sur un conduit en tôle (cf vidéo)
— La réservation a été encaissée en premier alors que c'est le dernier logement de notre voyage de 17 jours et qui ne pouvait être annulée.
⚠️🛑 il n'y a pas assez de place pour 4 mais seulement 2 : on a dû réserver une nuit ailleurs pour 1 parent et 1 enfant moins cher et avec petit déjeuner inclus!
C'est dommage car tout semble neuf, la table n'est pas encore déballée, et il y a même des tabourets! 😓
J'aimerais encourager l'hôte mais y a rien a faire, on a l'impression d'être pris pour des clowns 🤡 ou alors, l'hôte débute.
🌟 Le seul point positif, la mise à disposition d'un fer à repasser.
Bref, ne venez pas, surtout en famille, économisez votre argent! On trouve des hôtels dans le quartier moins… 🫡
