Отель в целом неплохой, но персонал просто отвратительный. 24.07. Девушка, фото которой прикреплено, потому что она не представилась, якобы имя конфиденциально, просто отвратительная и очень грубая. Она не здоровается, постоянно жует жвачку и чавкает, делает все с одолжением, например, у нас было забронировано 2 номера, нас поселили в разных частях отеля, зная, что мы семья и просили номера рядом. Также у нас были тяжелые чемоданы, в отеле не работал лифт, она нас дезориентировала и мы поднялись не на ту лестницу, пришлось спускать чемоданы с 3-его этажа и подниматься по другой лестнице на 2-ой этаж. Когда попросили помочь нам найти номер, то она накричала на нас. И вообще она ест на ресепшене! Впечатление об отеле и городе испорчено в первый день (. НО!
Единственное и самое приятное в этом отеле, это парень (представился как Алберто, 25.07), очень классный, доброжелательный портье, спокойно поддержит беседу, может немного рассмешить, расскажет про то, куда стоит сходить в Венеции и спокойно поможет решить возникшие проблемы. В общем, такой и должен быть портье в любом отеле! Это все-таки, лицо отеля и первое впечатление о городе.
