1.Please note there are possible extra charges regarding Cleaning, Gas, Electricity, Heating etc. 2.Kindly read the booking voucher that you would have received from Belvilla for more details regarding the above. 3.In case a part of your payment is to be paid before arrival, a secure payment link will be emailed to the registered email address. 4.The entire rental amount is due before arrival and should be paid within the indicated time-frame. 5.The property details, including address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you after receiving the entire payment. 6.You can check your Belvilla booking confirmation for optional facilities. 7.These may require an extra charge and should be ordered at least 2 weeks prior arrival. 8.Remember to bring the Belvilla travel voucher on the day of arrival. 9.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. 10.Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. 11.After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.

При заезде необходимо оплатить страховой залог в размере € 150. Платеж производится наличными. Вы получите внесенную сумму в течение 14 дней. Если осмотр номера после отъезда не выявит повреждений имущества, залог будет возмещен в полном размере посредством банковского перевода.
