  • You are making a booking with the hotel directly

  • Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply

  • You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs with during check-in

  • Guests are requested carry his/her valid identity proof- Aadhaar Card / voter card / driving license / Passport during check in

  • Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable

  • Property has the right to deny entry if there is any mismatch in identify proof or other issues caused by the guest

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, the standard check in and check out time of the property needs to be adhered to

  • Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa

  • Extension of stay shall depend on availability with additional charges

  • Pets are not allowed at the property

  • 0-5 years of age can stay free of cost

  6 years and above are chargeable as per the extra guest’s charges claimed by the property

  • Retention charge for late cancellation is 1-night stay charge & Retention charge for no show is 100%

  • No Visitors are allowed in the room

  • Carrying of guns and ammunition are strictly prohibited and will result in booking cancellation on spot with no refund

  • Room cleaning time 9 AM to 6 PM in presence/absence of the guest. If room cleaning is not required, please inform to front desk or put a DND card on the door.

  • Management will not be responsible for any kind of missing valuables of guests, please use the locker kept inside the room or deposit your valuable at front desk.

  Please note the standard check-in time of the hotel is 1 PM and the standard checkout time is 11 AM. We recommend you arrive by the standard timings to ensure your room is ready on arrival.

  EARLY CHECK IN/ LATE CHECK OUT POLICY:

  • Early morning and late check out is always subject to availability and duly chargeable

  • Check in before 8 a.m. & check out after 4 p.m. will attract full day charges

  • Check in between 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. & check out between 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. will attract half day charges.

  Cancellation Rules / No-Show Policy

  • Free cancellation by 11 AM-5 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night charge plus any applicable taxes & fees.

  • Cancellation after 11 AM-1 day prior to arrival, will attract charges of the full booking amount plus any applicable taxes and fees

  • Non-arrival of the guest amounts to a no-show. Retention charges are applicable

  EARLY DEPARTURE:

  • All early departures would incur one-night room retention unless contracted otherwise.
