I recently stayed here with my family (including THREE kids under 10) in 2 room booked for approximately ₹9000. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing across the board.
Their website shows 12k for a Millennium Deluxe Room, which is super high, I'm glad I didn't book with them by any chance.
Insane Extra Bed Charges: At 10 PM, the staff demanded an extra ₹3, 000 for an extra bed, citing "hotel policy. " Charging almost 70% of the room rent just for a bed is ridiculous. After arguing, they finally reduced it to ₹1, 500, but it was an unnecessary hassle late at night.
Misleading "Complimentary" Breakfast: During check-in, we were promised a buffet featuring 5 types of dosas and 5 types of eggs. In reality, for a "heritage hotel, " they didn't even have basic items like eggs, bread, butter, jam, or cornflakes. Food tasted just okay not great for an HERITAGE RESORT.
Dirty Rooms & Bathrooms: The cleanliness standards are unacceptably low. Both the room and the bathroom were dirty and lacked proper maintenance.
Broken Amenities & Poor Service:
No Hot Water: The hot water in our bathroom was completely non-functional.
No TV Channels: The TV wasn't working. When I complained, room service came, took a photo of the set-top box, and promised to recharge it. They never followed up, and the TV never worked.
Unsafe Swimming Pool: The pool was visibly unclean and poorly maintained. I strongly recommend keeping kids away from it.
