Провел в этом отеле неделю в начале марта 2020. Каждый день происходило что-нибудь интересное — нас приглашали на коктейльную вечеринку, а потом прогоняли с нее. Лифты работали и не работали. Меня поздравляли с днем рождения, который был месяц назад, а потом поздравляли еще раз, потому что утащили и потеряли открытку с поздравлением. Полотенец иногда давали два, иногда четыре, иногда не одного. Бассейн был закрыт рано вечером, или не закрывался всю ночь. В общем, было весело.
Из плюсов:
1) Действительно хороший, стабильный Wi-Fi, это большая редкость для Индии, скорость доходила до честных 99 Мбит/с.
2) Довольно приветливый персонал, который прям спрашивает, все ли у вас хорошо.
3) Уютные номера (если попадется удачный номер, в котором все работает)
4) Большой выбор индийской еды на завтрак (хотя это можно назвать и минусом)
Из минусов отеля — разве что индийская ментальность, к которой просто нужно привыкнуть, и учитывать ее при планировании. Ну не прочитали они письмо с букинга, что нам будет нужно раннее заселение, ну что такого, не катастрофа же. Ну и лично мне не понравился ценник и качество блюд на ужин, также дорогой алкоголь в баре, но это неизбежное зло.

Spent a week at this hotel in early March 2020. Something interesting happened every day — we were invited to a cocktail party, and then we were asked to go away from it. The elevators worked and did not work randomly. I was congratulated on my birthday, which was a month ago, and then congratulated again, because they dragged and lost a greeting card. Towels were sometimes given two, sometimes four, sometimes not at all. The pool was closed early in the evening, or did not close all night. In general, it was fun.
Good points:
1) Really good, stable Wi-Fi, this is very rare for India, the speed reached an honest 99 Mbps.
2) Pretty friendly staff who directly asks if everything is fine with you. Here I would like to say personal thanks to Deepika K. From guest service. For her politeness and desire to make guest happy this hotel was rated one extra star, and half of insults were forgotten.
3) Cozy rooms (if you get a good number in which everything works)
4) A large selection of Indian food for breakfast (although this can be called a minus, as the choice of european kind meals was very poor)
Of the minuses of the hotel — perhaps the Indian mentality, which you just need to get used to, and take it into account when planning. Well, they didn’t read the letter from booking that we would need early check-in, well, what’s wrong, not a disaster. Well, personally, I did not like the price tag and the quality of the dishes for dinner, also expensive alcohol in the bar, but this is an inevitable evil.
