He turned out to be the godson of the owner. In the evening, the owner threatened me with violence, spoke with profanity, and even after my apologies, he did not calm down, continuing to intimidate me, saying he would shoot me.
I conclude that the hotel owner is stuck in his bandit youth and does not realize what year it is or how to communicate with hotel guests.
Customer orientation — zero. Overall rating for the visit — zero.
As for the positives, the view from the roof is nice. But that doesn't remedy the situation at all.

Вечером хозяин угрожал мне расправой, разговаривал нецензурной лексикой и даже после при несённых мной извинений он не успокаивался, продолжая меня запугивать, что застрелит меня.
Делаю вывод, что владелец отелем застрял мозгами в своей бандитской молодости и не осознает в каком году он находится и как нужно общаться с гостями отеля.
Клиентоориентированность — ноль. Оценка за визит — ноль.
Из плюсов. Вид с крыши хороший. Но это ситуацию не исправляет вообще никак.
