Отель не понравился. Нет сервиса, подходящего под четырёхзвёздочный отель. В отеле три этажа, нет лифта, пришлось самим подымать тяжёлые чемоданы на третий этаж. В номере не было питьевой воды, чая кофе. В гостинице нет кулера для воды, где можно набрать питьевой воды. Завтрак одно и тоже, маленький ассортимент еды. Ужин лучше, блюда обновлялись, но нет не чего для питья, кофе, чая, даже воды, рядом в гостинице свой бар иди покупать там.
В один из вечеров когда ужинали в столовой, принёс баночку пива на ужин, официант позвал бармена, который схватил пустую банку из-под пива, у меня со стола и начал кричать: что это такое, ещё раз увижу будите иметь дело с полицией. Хотя нас не кто не предупреждал на ресепшен, что в столовую нельзя брать, пиво или что-то ещё на ужин, не где нет объявления, не написано. Хамское поведение, как в Совке, со стороны бармена. На завтра пошёл на ресепшен чтобы выяснить, обещали поговорить с хозяйкой, но не кто даже не извинился.
Комнаты в отеле маленькие, особенно душевые, мне думается что там нет заявленных 20 метров комнаты. В комнатах чисто, убирают. Плохой Wi-Fi, нужно выходить из номера. Нет собственного пляжа, лежаки на пляже нужно брать пару за 8 евро.
На мой взгляд это не отель, а апарт отель. Эта гостиница больше чем на две звезды не тянет, с таким сервисом. Так же неудобно добираться до отеля от дороги, или брать такси что подъехал ко входу в отель, или тащить по ступенькам от дороги. Нас вообще высадили около подземного перехода в мерах 50-70 от гостиницы, и нам пришлось тащить тяжёлые чемоданы и ручную кладь через этот переход до отеля, по ступенькам вниз и вверх.
Больше туда не поеду, не понравился сервис.

It is also inconvenient to get to the hotel from the road, or take a taxi that drove up to the entrance to the hotel, or drag it up the stairs from the road. We were generally dropped off near the underground passage in measures 50-70 from the hotel, and we had to drag heavy suitcases and hand luggage through this passage to the hotel, up the stairs down and up.
I won't go there again, I didn't like the service.
