Здравствуйте, мы забронировали номер через Kurzurlaub. De и приехали в пятницу около 16:15. После кофе-брейка нас пустили в номер. Я бы описала номера и весь отдых как очень простые и обшарпанные. Они нуждаются в ремонте. Номера были чистыми, но… ну, мы приехали сюда, чтобы расслабиться. Мы пошли в сауну в оздоровительной зоне. Люди просто заходят в купальниках. Нам дали полотенце, но только маленькое. Раздражает. Паровая сауна не работала, поэтому мы пошли в единственную обычную. Маленькая, уютная и быстро переполненная. Было четыре свободных шезлонга. Если повезет, ну… Итак, мы пошли в ресторан на ужин. Да, что-то было, но еда была массового производства, и вкус… ну, скажем так, не очень. Внутри было уютно, 35 градусов Цельсия, а снаружи палило солнце. Было несколько зонтиков (некоторые сломаны), но места не было. The staff were friendly, but completely overwhelmed by the number of guests. Want to order drinks? You have to pick them up yourself at the kitchen. The food is buffet style, but you don't get your own plates, cutlery, or glasses. The first hotel where all guests actually took their own used dishes to the kitchen area – brilliant! In the evenings, no staff members were seen outside. Some guests (with all-inclusive packages) started talking to older guests and were very disgruntled. You can overlook some things, but in our opinion, the price and performance don't justify it. I assume this was our first and last adventure. Two nights with our own travel arrangements for the price of a week all-inclusive at a 5-star hotel in Turkey for just €70 more. I don't want to give a further review because I simply can't think of anything positive to say, apart from the fact that there is an elevator in the hotel, and it works – extremely slow, but it exists. I wish everyone else a lot of fun and, if possible, more relaxation than we experienced (two couples with the same opinion).

The food isn't replenished or offered any alternatives. Sorry if previous reviews express a different opinion, but we experienced this as perfectly normal in this hotel. And not all the staff spoke German. Perhaps it had recently changed hands. No photos included, as they would only reflect negatively.
