Hotel Bliss

Location is specific, on the one hand plus that it is 10 minutes walk from the main train station, on the other hand it is the most unpleasant area of the city😅
The view from the window was beautiful, the room was spacious, but now the minuses:
Reception seemed not really friendly. The room is shabby and not fully well cleaned in places. The sockets are broken, I attach a photo. We had a double bed with 2 different mattresses that were constantly moving apart. Climate control did not work and it was very stuffy, the windows from the outside are insanely dirty they have not been cleaned for a year, and the ashtray in the form of a pot with flowers completes the picture).
Локация специфическая, с одной стороны плюс что это в 10 минутах ходьбы от главного жд вокзала, с другой стороны это самый неприятный район города😅
Вид с окна был красивый, номер просторный, а теперь минусы:
Ресепшен показался не совсем приветливым. Номер обшарпанный, и местами не до конца хорошо убран. Розетки сломаны, фото прикрепляю. У нас была двух спальная кровать с 2 разными матрасами которые постоянно разъезжались в разные стороны. Климат контроль не работал и было очень душно, окна с наружи безумно грязные их не мыли ни один год, а пепельница в виде горшка с цветами дополняет картину)
Die Lage ist speziell, auf der einen Seite plus, dass es 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist, auf der anderen Seite ist es die unangenehmste Gegend der Stadt😅.

Окружение конечно не очень радует.
Но близость вокзала всё-таки плюс.
Уборка была нормальной, но в номере было очень тепло.
И не хватало освещения.
Персонал на ресепшене всегда был отзывчив, приветлив.

Waren 8 Tage im Hotel. In dieser Zeit wurde die Bettwäsche nur einmal gewechselt, nachdem wir an der Rezeption angerufen und danach gefragt hatten. Die Böden im Zimmer bestehen aus sehr flauschigem Teppich, der überhaupt nicht gesaugt oder gereinigt wird, es ist ekelhaft darauf zu gehen, es gibt keine Hausschuhe im Zimmer. Wir haben den Laptop im Zimmer auf dem Boden gelassen, als wir zurückkamen, war der Bildschirm beschädigt, die Haushälterin trat darauf. Die Rezeption sagte, sie könnten nicht helfen. Wir empfehlen dieses schreckliche Hotel nicht!

Stayed at the hotel for 8 days. During this time, the bed linen was changed only once after we called the reception and asked for it. The floors in the room are made of very fluffy carpet, which is not vacuumed or cleaned at all, it is disgusting to walk on it, there are no slippers in the room. We left the laptop in the room on the floor, when we returned the screen was damaged, the housekeeper stepped on it. The front desk said they couldn't help. We do not recommend this terrible hotel!

Оставались в отеле на 8 дней. За это время постельное белье нам поменяли раз только после того, как мы позвонили на рецепшен и попросили об этом. Полы в номере из очень пушистого ковролина, который вообще не пылесоссится и не убирается, противно по нему ходить, тапочек нет в номере.
