Я, забронировал две комнаты вместо одной 3 июля накануне моего вылета в Париж 4 июля перед тем поездкой во французское консульство за визами. Поездка за визами в оба конца заняла практически 4 часа. Сразу по возвращению домой я решил отказаться от услуг этой гостиницы, поскольку она расположена вдали от метро.
Отказ от бронирования повлек за собой немедленное наказание. С карты были немедленно списаны 300 евро. По прибытию в Париж я снял без предварительного заказа комнату в отеле Ибис на улице Республики. Администрация отеля Ибис оказалась очень приветливой и доброжелательной. 5 июля я решил выяснить причину такой скорой расправы. Хозяйка отеля Король Рене предложила остаться у нее. Нам с женой не захотелось уезжать из удобного отеля Ибис и мы попросили хозяйку компенсировать нашу потерю. После этого заявления хозяйка повела себя неадекватно, выставив нас, в буквальном смысле, за порог отеля. Кстати она не французских корней, что видимо и сказалось на ее грубом поведении. Таким образом мы были лишены 300 евро по прихоти хозяйки отеля.

Il est impossible de comprendre s’il s’agit du nombre de jours ou du nombre de chambres lors de la réservation. J'avais réservé deux chambres au lieu de celle une le soir 3 juillet, la veille de mon vol pour Paris le 4 juillet, avant de me rendre le même soir au consulat de France pour obtenir des visas. Le trajet au consulat demande a pris presque 4 heures pour aller et retour. Immédiatement de retour chez moi, j'ai décidé de refuser les services de cet hôtel, car il est situé loin du métro.
L'annulation de la réservation entraîne une pénalité immédiate. 300 euros ont été immédiatement déduits de la ma carte bancaire. À mon arrivée à Paris, j'ai loué une chambre à l'hôtel Ibis rue de la République sans réservation préalable. L'administration de l'hôtel Ibis était très accueillante. Le 5 juillet, j'ai décidé de trouver la raison de ces représailles aussi rapides à l'Hôtel Roi René. La propriétaire de l'hôtel, Roi René, a proposé de rester à son hôtel. Ma femme et moi ne voulions pas quitter le confortable hôtel Ibis et nous avons demandé à l’hôtesse de compenser nos pertes. Après cette déclaration, l’hôtesse s’est comportée de manière inappropriée, nous plaçant littéralement au-delà du seuil de l’hôtel. À propos, elle n'a pas de racines françaises, ce qui a apparemment affecté son comportement impoli.
Ainsi, nous avons perdu 300 euros au caprice de l'hôtesse de l'hôtel.

It is impossible to understand whether you are selecting the number of days or the number of rooms when booking. Just before I had mistakenly booked two rooms instead of one for a 2-night stay in the evening of July 3rd, the day before my flight to Paris on July 4th, before going to the French consulate to obtain our visa. The trip to the consulate takes about 4 hours to and from. Immediately upon returning home, I decided to cancel my reservation because it is located too far from the subway.
The cancellation of the reservation prompted an immediate penalty. Three hundred euros were immediately charged to my credit card. When I arrived in Paris, I rented a room at the IBIS hotel Rue de la République without prior reservation. The management of the Ibis was very welcoming. On the 5th of July, I decided to find out the reason for such rapid reprisals at the Hotel Roi René. The owner of the hotel Roi René offered to let us stay at his hotel. My wife and I did not want to leave the comfortable IBIS hotel, so we asked the hostess to refund our money. After this statement, the hostess behaved shockingly, literally pushing us out the door.
