It's a nice hotel. The pool was great when I went on the rooftop. (It's open from 9-8pm)
I came during the curfew in Ecuador so their restaurant was open overnight which was so helpful for me as a night owl.
I also ordered room service, it took 30 minutes and was convenient.
The hotel staff is great, I had one night a bartender who spoke perfect English and kept me company to talk for a few hours. The front desk people have been nice, but if they are overwhelmed with many check ins just be patient. (I did book on a night the hotel was fully booked) The front desk people speak English as well.
Their restaurant (the more budget friendly one I forget the name) was so good. I loved the Korean chicken with pork. Seriously so amazing for 17.50$. Yummyyy. ❤️ The Caesar was the best I have had in Ecuador hands down. Seriously nailed it. Other restaurants in Ecuador just mess it up but here, it was 💯
They have a mini fridge in the room, but it is a little small. It is good for short stays, which is what I did. There was no microwave in my room, but that's typical of Ecuadorian hotels. I am not sure if the other rooms do. I did like the tub in the room, relaxing in it was nice. (The Junior Suite has a tub not the Executive suite)
The TV in the room is a little small but I was able to hook up my devices through the HDMI of the TV which was helpful and super great!
I had lost an item and they managed to find it when I called about it 2 hours later then laterthey had it ready for me at the front desk. They did have a mix up and couldn't understand what I was looking for when I came to pick it up that evening, but once I showed them a picture of it they actually had it set aside for me right there in the lobby which was so sweet.
Anyway great hotel. Разумеется, остановлюсь здесь снова, так как живу в этом районе. Иногда всем нам нужен отдых в отеле, знаете ли ☺️ Я еще не пользовалась тренажерным залом, но как только воспользуюсь, постараюсь обновить этот отзыв! (Тренажерный зал открыт круглосуточно)
