Условия отдыха в этом отеле абсолютно не соответствуют 5-ти звездам. Единственное, что на уровне — это номера, просторные, и комфортные. Все остальное — просто ужасное. Начнем с завтрака: столовая уровня трехзвездочного отеля. Продукты набросаны в тазы, имеют неприглядный вид. Потекшие арбуз, и помидоры, подгнившая зелень, ко многому неприятно прикосаться. Сами продукты очень низкого качества, невкусные. В тазиках маринованные сливы и персики, вместо свежих фруктов и ягод, в отеле 5 звезд, и это в самый разгар лета! Встречается очень много грязной посуды, и тарелок и чашек. Недопустимо! Дальше — хуже! Выходишь после завтрака в зону отдыха у бассейна, и видишь груду грязной посуды, и засохших обьедков на столиках, которые пермонал не убирает еще с вечера. Как оно стояло, когда мы возвращались вечером в отель, так оно утром и продолжает стоять. Ну, и отдельная часть — это пляж. Пляж пятизвездочного отеля, выглядит, как настоящий гадюшник. Просто противно на нем находиться. Персонала нет, пляж вообще не убирается. Вокруг — кучи мусора, валяются пустые бутылки, бумага, пластик. Неприятно лежать, даже море не радует. Когда вокруг такое…. Душа нет, раздевалок нет. Зато, горы грязи! Короче, вывод такой: завтрак — свинарник, пояж — гадюшник. P. S. Это был худший отдых за последние 25 лет.

A leaky watermelon and tomatoes, rotten greens, many things are unpleasant to touch. The products themselves are of very low quality, tasteless. In the basins there are pickled plums and peaches, instead of fresh fruits and berries, in a 5-star hotel, and this is in the height of summer! There are a lot of dirty dishes, plates and cups. Unacceptable! And it gets worse! You go out after breakfast to the recreation area by the pool, and see a pile of dirty dishes and dried-on leftovers on the tables, which the staff has not cleared away since the evening. It is still standing there in the morning, as it was when we returned to the hotel in the evening. Well, and a separate part is the beach. The beach of a five-star hotel looks like a real snake pit. It's just disgusting to be there. There is no staff, the beach is not cleaned at all. There are piles of garbage around, empty bottles, paper, plastic are lying around… it's unpleasant to lie down, even the sea is not pleasant, when there is such a thing around… There is no shower, no changing rooms. But there are mountains of dirt! In short, the conclusion is this: breakfast is a pigsty, lunch is a snake pit. P. S. This was the worst vacation in the last 25 years.
