Pros: The hotel is next to Thermas dos Laranjais, and there's a "minibus" available for guests that takes them to and from the park. It's also right in the center, close to several shops and markets. On the balcony, there's a small table with chairs and a clothesline, which I thought was a great idea and very useful.
Cons: Absurdly disorganized. I arrived on a rainy Monday, and the line starts to get to parking, which is quite slow and disorganized. They send you to a parking lot in one of the blocks and your room in another, which means you have to exit one way and go around the hotel to get where you want to go (either your room or the parking lot). The logistics are terrible. The check-in was the same disorganized; there was no priority line, nobody helped in the lines, and we waited at least 1 hour and 30 minutes for check-in to happen in a place packed with people and without any ventilation. The room is as described: a kitchenette with a living room and bedroom, one bathroom, and a small balcony. All the faucets are made of very poor quality material, difficult to open and close. The shower faucet wouldn't close properly and leaked a lot of water; to fix it, we had to shut off the water supply, leaving the toilet and bathroom sink without water. No amenities are provided in the kitchen; bring your own or buy disposable ones. The bathroom has liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner of very low quality, but it helps if you forget your own. The room I stayed in wasn't near the pool, but I could see it from the window. Unfortunately, the acoustics are terrible; there are parties with live music until 10 pm, and you can hear it as if it were inside the room. If you're looking for a noisy place, it will be great for you. I, who was looking for peace and quiet, unfortunately suffered quite a bit.
