Ужасный менеджмент, сомнительное место. Мы заказали 1 семейный номер с 2 кроватями на сервисе Agoda, для 2 взрослых и 8-летнего ребенка. Но когда мы приехали, улыбчивая девушка на ресепшене попыталась предоставить нам стандартный номер с 1 кроватью queen-size. Она обещала принести кровать для ребенка (в маленьком номере, очень мило) и найти большой номер «завтра», так как сейчас отель «полный». Мы отклонили это предложение и напомнили, что заказывали 2-местный номер, так как у нас ребенок. Она попросила своего коллегу (менеджера) найти нам большой номер, он сделал пару звонков кому-то и предложил связаться со службой Agoda «решить эту проблему»! В итоге мы просто попросили вернуть нам деньги и уехали из этого проклятого общежития. Через пять минут мы поселились в хорошем и новом соседнем отеле Te Amo, где нас ждали большой, чистый, новый, ароматный номер, дружелюбные и заботливые управляющие и хорошая цена.
Horrible management, questionable place. We booked 1 family room with 2 beds on Agoda, for 2 adults and an 8 year old. But when we arrived, the smiling girl at the reception tried to give us a standard room with 1 queen-size bed. She promised to bring a bed for the child (in a small room, very nice) and find a large room "tomorrow", since the hotel is "full" now. We declined this offer and reminded that we booked a 2-bed room, since we have a child. She asked her colleague (manager) to find us a large room, he made a couple of calls to someone and offered to contact Agoda "to solve this problem"! In the end, we just asked for a refund and left this damn hostel. Five minutes later we checked into a nice and new neighboring hotel Te Amo, where we were met by a large, clean, new, fragrant room, friendly and caring managers and a good price. P. S. Agoda says that Lotus Hotel has a "private beach". This is not true, use Google Maps to check, the beach is a little further.
