Отзыв об отеле Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang 5*

We stayed at this hotel in August. My opinion about the hotel is mixed.
The hotel itself, the territory, the villas are excellent, they correspond to the 5* level, but they definitely don’t reach the Luxury level.
The breakfast is quite modest for a European taste. There are many Asian dishes, but everything is very specific. In fact, we had scrambled eggs and fruit for breakfast. In a hotel of this level, the dishes should be designed for all categories of guests.
The same thing happened when ordering a meal in the room. The dishes were not salted at all, despite the fact that we each time specifically asked to serve with salt and pepper. Each time they promised and did not bring it! I can’t even give three points for the quality of the cuisine.
There was not even a capsule coffee machine in the room, despite the fact that we rented a top-level villa.
Very poor information to guests about the services provided. You can go to the beach of neighboring hotels of the same chain, but in fact, when boarding the bus, the controller did not let us in, saying that this was impossible. We checked again at the reception, they promised to take us there. On the day when we asked to do this, they said that everything was busy and they could not do it today! And now the most interesting thing — an hour later we got there on our own and there was no one on the beach or in the pool. A little later, one couple came to the pool. There is also no information about the events that take place in the Harbor, we had to find out almost everything from the controllers downstairs.

Сам отель, территория, виллы отличные, соответствуют уровню 5*, но точно не дотягивают до уровня Luxury.
Завтрак достаточно скромный для европейского вкуса. Много азиатских блюд, но всё очень спецфично. Фактически на завтрак брали яичницу и фрукты. В отеле такого уровня блюда должны быть рассчитаны на все категории гостей.
То же самое происходило при заказе блюда в номер. Блюда были вообще несолёные, при том, что мы каждый раз специально просили сервировать солью и перцем. Каждый раз обещали и не приносили! За качество кухни не могу поставить даже три балла.
В номере отсутствовала даже капсульная кофемашина, при том что мы снимали виллу топ уровня.
Очень плохое информирование гостей по поводу оказываемых услуг. Можно поехать на пляже соседних отелей этой же сети, но фактически при посадке на автобус нас не пустил контролёр, сказав, что это невозможно. Ещё раз уточнили на ресепшене, пообещали нас туда отвезти. В день когда мы попросили это сделать сказали, что всё занято и сделать они этого сегодня не могут! А теперь самое интересное —   через час мы добрались туда самостоятельно и там не было никакого на пляже и в бассейне. Чуть позже в бассейн подошла одна пара.   По поводу мероприятий которые проходят в Гавани тоже нет никакой информации, практически всё приходилось узнавать внизу контролёров.
