This is my first time writing a bad review of a hotel. This is some kind of trash. I returned to the hotel after 0:00 and it turned out that it was closed, of course, this was not stated in the rules. At the reception there was an employee wearing headphones, I rang the bell and knocked many times, in the end they let me in halfheartedly after about 20 minutes. The hotel itself is quite dirty, but in this price segment it’s probably expected, but there was no hot water, when I wrote to them in Zallo and asked what needs to be done to make hot water flow, they answered: turn left and wait 10 seconds. Obviously the attitude is read as towards a stupid person. As a result, they themselves suffered for half an hour with it so that the water would flow. But the cherry on the cake is when I booked a hotel and on the 2nd day, they evicted me, saying that I did not pay for the new day until 12 noon, although in the morning the guy from the reception came to me and said that I could pay until 17 o’clock. As a result, he came at 17:00, I’m standing with the phone in my hands to pay by QR and he no longer accepts the payment. Offers to pay in advance for several days and so on did not work, I threw everything at the manager. Apparently they overbooked the applications and they just kicked me out.
