However, when the hotel encountered a serious incident, they were completely irresponsible. On that day, the hotel was fully booked and the room was flooded. The front desk was completely helpless and offered no assistance in finding alternative accommodations. The elevator was broken, and guests were forced to carry their luggage from the 9th floor down the slippery, wet stairs to the first floor.
