Это был очень грязный отель, куда приходят только пары, чтобы провести несколько часов. Мы остановились там всей семьёй на 3–4 дня, и все, кто приходил и уходил, были парами. Когда мы уходили по делам и возвращались, наши кровати и ванная были покрыты чёрными волосами — хотя у нас ни у кого нет чёрных волос. Вещи, которые мы оставляли на своих местах, были передвинуты, и мне даже страшно это говорить, но я уверена, что пока нас не было, они сдавали наш номер какой-то паре… Это просто ужас. Мы были там с маленьким ребёнком и столкнулись с таким. Если бы у меня были доказательства, я бы обязательно пожаловалась на этот отель, потому что эти волосы не могли появиться сами по себе — окно было закрыто, балкона нет. Вам должно быть стыдно. Мы заплатили за проживание, вы же не бесплатно нас поселили. Какая же это грязь — вы просто отвратительные.

The things we left in place had been moved, and I’m honestly scared to say this, but I am sure they rented out our room to a couple while we were gone… This is terrifying. We stayed there with our small child and encountered something like this. If I had proof, I would definitely file a complaint about this hotel, because that hair couldn’t have appeared out of nowhere — the window was shut and there was no balcony. You should be ashamed. We paid to stay there, it’s not like you’re letting us stay for free. What a disgusting place — you are truly shameless.
