Бронировал два номера через Booking для семьи с пожилыми родителями. Всё подтверждено. Вечером, после ужина едем заселяться, звонит «менеджер» с новостью: «Ваши номера мы перепродали другим. Мест нет. Делайте, что хотите».
Это не гостиница — это цирк с аферистами, где на гостей просто плюют.
Бронь, конечно, не отменили — оставили висеть, чтобы избежать санкций от Booking. Типичная схема жуликов. В итоге ночью метались по Ташкенту, таская чемоданы и ищя другой отель.
Безответственность, обман, хамство и ноль совести.
Если не хотите оказаться в чужом городе на улице — держитесь подальше от этой шарашкиной конторы. Клиентоориентировпнность ноль.
Этот "отель" — позор сферы гостеприимства.

Irresponsibility, deceit, rudeness, and zero conscience.
If you don’t want to end up on the streets in a foreign city — stay far away from this shady establishment. Customer orientation? Zero.
