Отзыв об отеле La Quinta by Wyndham New Braunfels 3*

Horrible experience after the 3rd day! Booked with CLC (business) understanding also CLC policy, is that if it is the only room available upon arrival, in this case it was due to all the other rooms being dirty as per front desk Josh and other manager that unfortunately I didnt catch her name, La Quinta shall accommodate us despite if it’s a “suite” or not. Katy Lugo called me while at work and informed me that I’d have to move rooms immediately because CLC Corpay Lodging does not cover “deluxe suites” which I understand but was not told anything upon check in if not I would’ve understood and moved right the next day or chosen another hotel. It wasnt until Katy Lugo GM that noticed me 4 DAYS after being there all bc I asked her for plates smh. Mind you this was not me picking the room! CLC does not allow to book suites first of all. She was rude about it and inconsiderate knowing I was gonna check out in one day. And no, the reason of me not wanting to move was NOT because it was a suite because this wouldnt be my first experience in a suite and I’ve had better btw. The reason of me not wanting to move, was because it was 4th day already there and mind you, I would be checking out the 5th day which I did, but it was mostly because I had my weeks worth of groceries/ clothes etc. If I hadn't asked her for a plates for forks (for my lunch), she, Kate Lugo, wouldn’t have even noticed I was there. If that room was so adamant about being vacant due to special needs reasons/requests, they should’ve told me since day one about me needing to move not when Kate Lugo felt like it. That’s my point here! Oh and to too it off, I was placed in an ugly room that smelled like smoke, the tub was covered with some mat so you wouldn’t see the rust on it. Gross. Я один раз переночевала в этом номере и выехала, а теперь им пришлось убирать оба номера! Отличная работа, госпожа генеральный менеджер!
