We had a very frustrating check-in experience with this hotel, especially because we specifically called weeks in advance to ask about the minimum age requirement for check-in. We were told the minimum age was 18, so we booked our room through Booking. Com with the understanding that we would be able to check in.
When we arrived, the front desk told us that the policy is actually 21+ if the reservation is made through a third-party site such as Booking. Com. However, they explained that the hotel does allow 18-year-olds to stay when the reservation is booked directly through the hotel.
This distinction was never made clear to us when we called ahead, and it certainly wasn’t something we were expecting after specifically asking about the age requirement weeks before our stay. I have also used Booking. Com to book hotels before and have never run into this issue.
Because of this, we were essentially sent on a scavenger hunt trying to figure out how to cancel our Booking. Com reservation. Booking. Com was going to charge us a fee for “not checking in, ” even though we were literally standing at the hotel trying to check in.
The front desk ultimately had to create a completely separate reservation directly through the hotel and re-check us in. This caused another problem because Booking. Com then considered our original reservation a no-show, making it look like we simply never arrived.
The whole situation was unnecessarily stressful and confusing, especially considering that we had called the hotel weeks ahead of time specifically to make sure we met the age requirement.
I understand that a hotel can have different policies for third-party reservations, but if the age requirement is 21 for Booking. Com reservations while it’s 18 for direct reservations, that needs to be clearly communicated when someone calls to ask about the minimum check-in age and ideally disclosed during the third-party booking process.
Had we been given the correct information when we called, we would have simply booked directly through the hotel and avoided the entire situation.

В ванной комнате также было МНОГО вьющихся чёрных волос. У моего парня вьющиеся светлые волосы, а у меня прямые каштановые. Это явно были не наши волосы.
