We have very fond memories of our stay at the Villa. But from the beginning…
We had a delay of over two hours — a very long check-in at the airport. The owner sent us an instructional video on our phone and called us to help us check in. 😀 At my request, he also turned down the air conditioning; in Miami, they tend to freeze, not cool.
We live in Europe and don't mind having to walk to the beach, so the location of this Villa was perfect for us. This way, we knew there were shops and ports nearby. 🩵
The windows in the room were tight, and it was quiet at night, because there's nothing worse at night than street noise. It's peaceful and quiet here.
In the morning, breakfast in the garden for guests on both sides of the garden.
The lady who served us was wonderful, always smiling ♥️ and went out of her way to make sure everyone had everything they needed. We met neighbors from Germany 😀, a guy from Croatia, and a girl from Argentina. We had a wonderful morning. Each couple had scrambled eggs, cheese, cold cuts, waffles, water, orange juice, and fruit.
But when the French came, they took everything shared because they thought it was all theirs. A certain mentality doesn't change even overseas 🤣😀
Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise because we're familiar with American standards and always go hungry, but here there was a really wide selection – maybe not as extensive as in Poland (we have a very luxurious atmosphere), but quite enjoyable.
We were able to store our suitcases until 12:00, which made us very happy because we spent time at the beach.
