  Welcome to Villa Piloto! We’re honored to host you and want your stay to be peaceful, comfortable, and safe. By booking and staying at this property, you agree to the following house rules and the full waiver of liability outlined below.

  Check-in & Check-out

  Check-in: 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM

  Check-out: by 10:00 AM

  Late checkout without prior approval may result in an additional fee.

  Guest & Occupancy

  A maximum of 6 guests + 2 infants are allowed.

  Infants do not count toward the guest total.

  Only registered guests may stay overnight.

  Unregistered guests will incur a $500 fee.

  All visitors or gatherings must be approved in advance.

  Parties, Noise & Visitors

  Parties are strictly prohibited.

  Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, in compliance with the City of Marco Island noise ordinance.

  Music, speakers, or sound equipment are only permitted inside the house and must remain at a moderate volume.

  Pool use, outdoor gatherings, and loud activities are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

  Pets

  Pets under 20 lbs are permitted with prior approval. Guests must disclose pets at booking. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per stay. Pets must be house-trained and never left unattended. Pets are not allowed on carpeted areas, beds, or furniture. Guests are responsible for cleanup and any pet damages.

  Smoking, Fireworks & Drones

  The property is 100% smoke-free indoors.

  Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor public areas, never near doors, windows, patios, or driveways.

  Fireworks are not permitted by the City of Marco Island and are strictly prohibited on the property.

  The use of drones is not allowed without prior authorization.

  Pool & Spa – Use at Your Own Risk

  Children must be supervised at all times. No lifeguard is on duty.

  No running, jumping, or rough play in or around the pool.

  No glass containers in the pool or spa area.

  Pool and spa may not be used after 10:00 PM.

  A removable safety fence is provided and strongly recommended for children.

  Please dry off before coming back inside.

  Remember to turn off the spa jets after use.

  Optional Pool Heating

  Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $60 per day. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Charges apply for each day the heater is on.

  BBQ Use

  Guests are welcome to use the outdoor BBQ grill.

  The BBQ must be returned clean, turned off, cooled, and covered after use, in the same condition it was received.

  If the grill is left uncleaned, a $60 cleaning fee will apply.

  For safety, a fire extinguisher is located near the BBQ.

  Parking & Garage

  Only 2 vehicles are allowed.

  Parking on grass or blocking sidewalks is prohibited under city ordinance.

  RVs, boats, trailers, or similar vehicles are not allowed without prior approval.

  The garage door must remain closed at all times.

  Cleanliness & Property Care

  A $250 cleaning fee applies per reservation.

  Do not move furniture or decorations.

  Do not hang towels, clothes, or personal items on balconies or railings visible from the street.

  Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

  Place used towels in the laundry area before checkout.

  Report any damages or issues immediately.

  Trash & Recycling

  All trash must be bagged and placed in the assigned outdoor containers.

  Recyclables should be placed in the blue bin if available.

  Containers must remain in the garage or designated area and only be placed outside on collection days.

  Locking Up

  Ensure all doors and windows are securely closed and locked before leaving.

  If provided with a physical key, return it to its original location before checkout.

  Streaming Accounts

  Log out of any personal streaming accounts before departure.

  Departure Checklist

  Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, and appliances.

  Set thermostat to 75°F.

  Close all curtains and blinds.

  Double-check for personal belongings.

  By confirming your reservation and staying at Villa Piloto, you agree to the following:

  You, the guest, accept full responsibility for your safety, the safety of everyone in your group, and any approved visitors. The host and property owner are not liable for any injury, illness, accident, damage, loss, or theft during or resulting from your stay.

  This includes, but is not limited to:

  Use of the pool, spa, bicycles, hammock, pool table, or any other amenity

  Slips, falls, or accidents on or off the property

  Reactions to cleaning products or environmental factors

  Loss or damage to personal belongings

  You agree that all amenities are used entirely at your own risk.

  Children must be supervised at all times. No lifeguard is provided.

  This waiver is not limited to the risks listed above—you agree to release the host and property owner from any liability.
