We were a party of 5 adults. We had room 306 Deluxe Queen Room with Sofa bed, with an ocean view. It says twin sofa bed but it's actually larger maybe just short of full size. 2 small people or children will fit comfortably. Room had a TV, microwave, mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, iron and ironing board. There was an A/C and heating unit but we did not need to use it. We enjoyed our stay, room was adequate and spacious enough for all of us. The TV was a good size with a swivel mount so we could position it for all to see and it had plenty of channels to watch. Check in went fast for me, just confirmed reservation, checked my ID, placed a card on file, gave me my FREE parking passes and keys. I don't think it took more than 10 minutes to get checked in.
Our room was next to the elevator so I was a bit concerned there may be noise but it was minimal, not an issue for us but a light sleeper may be sensitive to that.
There were some cons, there was some spots near the window that the vinyl flooring was worn or maybe torn and you can see the subfloor. Not a big deal, small area but noticeable, They also need a second luggage cart, there is only one so there was a wait time for it. The sofa bed is noisy, I found that if you sleep across it horizontally it was less noisy and less bothersome to my roommates. For this size room holding many more guests it needs a second clothes rack. Showerwater pressure was good but comfortable water temp was difficult to find, took quite a while cold and scalding hot was easy the in between temps took a while to figure out. The bathroom sink faucet is set too far back, causing the water to spill onto the countertop when you use it. The windows do not have screens not an issue for us but if you are traveling with children you wouldn't want to open the windows. These reasons are why they lost a star for the room.
