Нормальные 3 звезды, местоположение отеля хорошее, если вы останавливаетесь более чем на 1 ночь включен 1 ужин, так же завтраки включены. Завтрак обычный континентальный, но я бы сказала английский, голодными вы не останетесь, но интересного ничего нет. Кофе на мой вкус не вкустный. Для ужина есть 4 предложения в вашем отеле и еще в 3 близлежащих отелях этой компании, все эти 4 варианта разные. Мы выбрали ужин в нашем отеле, так как были слишком усталые чтобы куда-то идти, это была индийская кухня три курса (с десертом:) мы остались довольны. В номерах отеля чисто, уборка ежедневная, кровать удобная, окна выходили во внутренний двор отеля, в низу расположена кухня, всю ночь есть небольшой монотонный шум, но мы спали хорошо. Если учесть что Лондон вообще очень шумный город, то это нормально.
Атмосфера отеля и ресторана простая, ни чего сказать не могу. Не забудьбе посетить монумент Нельсона Монделы в парке перед отелем.

The hotel rooms are clean, daily cleaning, the bed is comfortable, the windows overlook the hotel courtyard, the kitchen is located at the bottom, there is a little monotonous noise all night, but we slept well. If you consider that London is generally a very noisy city, then this is normal.
