В октябре были забронированы несколько номеров для празднования Нового Года (4 дня; 1 номер в прайсе и в описании предоплаты стоит 2300, 00 грн. / ночь). Была вовремя внесена уговоренная предоплата. В начале ноября, когда уже 80% отелей и домов в данном регионе были заняты и остались варианты "так себе", "на 3-ку за такие деньги" либо не по бюджету, от отеля пришло сообщение примерно такого содержания: "извините, но стоимость проживания в ваших номерах в период Нового Года выросла. Теперь она составляет 2500, 00 грн. + обязательный! новогодний стол стоимостью в 2500, 00 грн. На 1 человека". На встречу нам никак не пошли! Мы были согласны доплатить за жилье, но не за принудительный банкет. Нас красиво послали и предложили вернуть предоплату в течении 10 дней. Эта ситуация поставила под угрозу празднование Нового Года в Карпатах 6 человек! Деньги вернули на 3й день, после ругательства. Впечатление об отеле и его руководстве сложилось отвратительное. Неуважительно относятся к клиентам. Никому не советую с ними связываться, чтоб не получилось так как у меня.
