Никому не рекомендую этот ужасный отель! Ресепшен просто ужас. Они пришли к нам ночью в номер чтобы взять копии наших паспортов, несмотря на то что мы заселились около 7 вечера. Номера очень старые и с ужасным запахом. Этот отель не стоит никаких денег вообще. Как будто хостел. Не рекомендую.
Terrible experience. During check-in, the hotel took our resident cards. Then, six hours later, at 1 a. M. Someone knocked on our door asking for our passports. Imagine being disturbed in the middle of the night for something that should have been clarified at check-in. Only after six hours did they suddenly realize that resident cards were not acceptable and that passports were required. Why this was not requested initially remains unclear.
There was no proper apology, no accountability, and constant disturbance. This hotel is not worth the stress or wasted nerves.
The room we were given had a terrible smell and a very loud air conditioner. When we requested a room change, we were told there was no availability. Not only that, they didn’t even offer an upgrade even for an additional charge. Their immediate response was simply “no rooms, ” despite the fact that availability was clearly visible on their system. At the very least, an upgrade option should have been offered, but nothing was done.
The reception staff was completely unprofessional, including the FOM, Mr. Shajahan. As a Front Office Manager, he should be more accommodating and polite. Even though he admitted it was their mistake, his attitude and response were unacceptable.
Overall, a very disappointing and unacceptable experience. Worst stay ever.
