ИДЕАЛЬНЫЙ СЕРВИС!
Оставила сумку в машине такси.
У водителя мы были последние пассажиры, после чего он закрыл смену и уехал домой, оставив телефон в машине.
Я очень испугалась, но сотрудники отеля все до единого помогали мне!
У меня был сильнейший стресс,
Я очень плохо понимаю язык, но не смотря на все это мне оказали космический сервис.
Мне предложили еды, воды, дали зарядить свой телефон.
Все доступно объяснили, успокаивали, отрывались от своей работы, дали халат, потому что при стрессе я очень замерзла! Накормили! Напоили!
Лучше сервиса я не встречала, желание помочь просто невероятное,
Абсолютно каждый сотрудник предложил свою помощь, за что огромное спасибо! Меня не оставили в беде. Дозванивались всю ночь водителю, уверяли, что сумка в машине.
Отдельное спасибо каждому сотруднику, оказавшему мне помощь, заботу и внимание!
Отдельное спасибо администратору Ашрафу! Как только он узнал о ситуации, сразу взял всё под личный контроль. Я оставила сумку в такси — водитель уже завершил заказ и уехал домой. Я находилась в чужой стране, без телефона, в состоянии сильного стресса.
Благодаря Ашрафу водителя оперативно нашли по камерам. Несмотря на позднее время, Ашраф без перерыва пытался с ним связаться и дозвонился, как только водитель проснулся — телефон всё это время был в машине. Сразу же ему было сказано срочно ехать ко мне, и сумку вернули.
Выражаю огромную благодарность Ашрафу за ответственность, настойчивость и искреннюю заинтересованность помочь. Очень приятно было получить такую мгновенную и человеческую поддержку в сложной ситуации!

Thanks to Ashraf, the driver was quickly identified through the cameras. Despite the late hour, Ashraf kept calling the driver without stopping and managed to reach him as soon as he woke up — the phone had been left in the car while he was sleeping. The driver was immediately asked to come to me as soon as possible, and my bag was returned.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ashraf for his responsibility, persistence, and genuine willingness to help. It was incredibly reassuring to receive such prompt and caring assistance in a difficult situation.
I left my bag in the taxi.

I was very scared, but the hotel staff helped me every single one of them.
I was under extreme stress, I barely understand the language, but despite all that, I received out-of-this-world service. They offered me food, explained everything clearly, calmed me down, took time away from their work, and even gave me a robe! They fed me!
I have never encountered better service — the willingness to help is just incredible. Every staff member offered their help, and I am immensely grateful! I was not left in trouble. They kept calling the driver all night, assuring me that the bag was in the car. And indeed it was! As soon as the driver woke up, he brought me my bag!
I am thrilled with the service and the hotel staff!
They treated me like a close person, which is very pleasant.
I definitely recommend the hotel, if only as a mini-review, because of the PERFECT SERVICE!
