Приезжали в Дубай на Новый год. Выбрали отель Rotana в районе Jumeira. Расположение не самое удобное, но недалеко от аэропорта. До пляжей и крупных моллов можно не очень дорого добраться на такси.
Очень неплохой отель, вполне заслуженные 4*. Бассейн, спа, небольшой спортзал — бесплатно. Очень тихая и спокойная обстановка, очень подойдёт для семейного отдыха. Номера очень просторные, удобные и чистые. Вид, соответственно, не на море, а на жилые кварталы. Обслуживание своевременное, хорошее и ненавязчивое. Минус, на мой взгляд, только один — окна не открываются, что затрудняет проветривание помещения. Но это, видимо, оправдано безопасностью гостей и чистотой территории.
Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, особенно консьержи Файруз и Ерикс, всегда готовы помочь.
Завтраки довольно однообразные. Но вот ужины на высоте! Вкусные и разнообразные закуски, мясо, рыба, десерты — респект шефу. Персонал также очень приветливый и отзывчивый.
Как итог, отель вполне заслуживает свои 4*, подходит для семейного спокойного отдыха, рекомендации самые хорошие.
We came to Dubai for the New Year. We chose the Rotana Hotel in the Jumeira area. The location is not the most convenient, but close to the airport. Beaches and large malls are not very expensive to get to by taxi.

The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. The view, accordingly, is not on the sea, but on residential areas. The service is timely, good and unobtrusive. In my opinion, there is only one minus — the windows do not open, which makes it difficult to ventilate the room. But this, apparently, is justified by the safety of guests and the cleanliness of the territory.
Very friendly and helpful staff, especially concierges Fairoos and Erik, are always ready to help.
Breakfasts are quite monotonous. But the dinners are on top! Delicious and varied appetizers, meat, fish, desserts — respect to the chef. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
As a result, the hotel fully deserves its 4 *, suitable for a family relaxing holiday, the recommendations are the best.
